![]() ![]() The restaurant should have at least refunded the 3 sauces and the 2 salads. Others like the hold with the dry catfish were only able to eat half of their food but would have eaten all of condiments were provided. The biggest disappointment was that the restaurant would only approve a refund of the 3 white wine crab sauces! Both salads went to waste due to lack of dressing! I will not eat a salad without some type of dressing nor would my brother. For those who did eat their food they said it was great but cold and had to be reheated. We were already in the process of picking up fast food for those who now needed food. I explained that we have already been waiting 2 hours for our food so this was not a option. We finally receive our food and all 3 tuna steaks that we paid a extra $4 for white wine crab sauce were lacking the crab sauce, the boneless buffalo wings were missing the ranch, there was no Ketchup for the fried fish or any of the fries, the side wedge salad has no ranch dressing and my wedge salad with shrimp had no balsamic dressing! Now, if we were at home this would have been easily fixable with condiments in the fridge, but we were on a mini vacation! I called Waitr extremely disappointed and hungry and they said they would reach out to the restaurant and asked if I wanted the missing items delivered. Our driver was there at 3:13 according to her and the Waitr staff. However the food was not even ready to leave the restaurant until 3:36 (almost 20 minutes after it should have been in our hands). The restaurant was only 6 minutes away but we did have quite a bit of food so we were ok with this. We received notification that our food would be delivered at 3:20. ![]() At 2:15 (after the lunch rush) we decided to order from Scuttlebutt’s on Waitr.
